Frequently Asked Questions
Refunds
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or resold.
Refunds are only available if Ticketsolve Protect has been purchased at the point of sale.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, refunds or exchanges will be offered. These refunds or exchanges must be requested from your point of purchase and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking. Refunds will only cover the face value of the tickets and any associated booking fees, if cancelled or rescheduled by PAC.
Resales and Exchanges
In the event of a SOLD OUT show, we will attempt to resell tickets on your behalf, to our waiting list. If successful, we will credit your account the face value cost of the tickets – credit can be used to purchase tickets for future shows at PAC. If you have purchased a physical ticket, you must present this to the Box Office.
We cannot offer this service within 48 hours of the event.
