Guided by Amy from Teapot Yoga, we invite you to stretch and move your body while sitting on a chair. Together we’ll find what works best for you. This is dedicated time for you to care for your body and to feel empowered to practice these exercises at home after the class. Suggested donation £5.
Sessions are funded by the Do It For East Yorkshire Fund and run from 7 January to 11 March.
