Feeling stressed and overwhelmed or just wanting to bring some more relaxation or creativity into your life? This first series of Art and Craft Workshops for Wellbeing might be just what you need.

Creating moments of relaxation are essential for our emotional well-being and mental health so why not join us and immerse yourself in a series of mindful crafts to include techniques such as collage, sculpture, painting and decoupage with materials including paper, wire, fabric, natural and discarded items.

Our workshops won’t cost the earth either as the majority of what we use will be donated as unwanted materials so we can upcycle them into amazing art.

Here, alongside our experienced facilitators, you can safely explore and develop your art and craft skills to find practices that can bring relaxation and enjoyment into your everyday life. We will offer you the opportunity to work both on individual and group tasks to express yourself through your own creations and to share your ideas and skills with each other in a collaborative project . 

Sessions are led by Anne Talbot (Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher) and Kate Noble (Community Artist and Counsellor).

Tea, coffee and cake included. All workshops will run from 10am to 12pm (please book your place – suggested donation £8). Over 18s only.
