Guided by Amy from Teapot Yoga, we invite you to stretch and move your body while sitting on a chair. Together we’ll find what works best for you. This is dedicated time for you to care for your body and to feel empowered to practice these exercises at home after the class.
1st block:
17 September – 15 October.
No session: 22 October.
2nd block:
29 October – 26 November.
Places are FREE (funded by East Riding of Yorkshire Council Active Creative Grant). Limited to 16 spaces, so please do pre-book via our Box Office.
