2pm – 3pm
Come to a gentle mobility class that improves your function, prevents falls and mitigates risk of injury all from a comfortable seated position on a chair. In this class, you’ll join Ellen in exploring a sequence of simple stretches with integrated breath work so that you can enjoy care free movement to help you move more freely and support your independent living.
Suitable for all ages and abilities who want to build confidence in their movement in a safe and supportive environment.
